Are there any things I need to do to prepare for service?
Our clients are asked to provide clutter-free and a safe working environment for our associates. It is it the client’s responsibility to restrain and safeguard their pets. If there is a security system, please ensure that it is turned off on the scheduled visit. Driveways and sidewalks must be cleared and accessible for our associates to safely carry supplies and equipment to and from your home.

Do I have to be home during the service?
The simple answer is no. We understand that most people may be busy at work or running errands. Most clients provide Hāden Maids with a key which is kept in a locked safe, coded by number and not address, and only accessible by senior management. Associates have to sign out and in the key each day. Please contact the office to discuss the best way to access your home for service.

What are your hours of operation?
Hāden Maids typical work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. We do not regularly clean on weekends or major holidays. If your service falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.

Will I have a set schedule?
In an effort to serve all our clients we schedule day and time based on geographic location. Please let us know if you have a preferred day and time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We also make every effort to assign the same associates to your home. Our main priority is to provide consistent quality on schedule.

What if something is damaged during the service?
Hāden Maids is fully bonded and insured.

Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. your service includes all supplies and equipment necessary for service. If you want to provide us with your preferred products, we will be happy to use them.

What happens if I need to reschedule my service?
Please call 48 hours before the regularly scheduled service and we will do our best to reschedule.

How do I pay for my cleaning services?
You have the option of paying by check or credit card the day of service. Checks are made Payable to Hāden Maids. Credit cards will be automatically billed on the day service is completed.

Does Hāden Maids use green products?
Yes, we offer non-acidic, pH balanced cleaners without petroleum, alcohol, ammonia or other chemicals that cause irritation or harm the environment. We recommend balancing the use of disinfectants with green house cleaning products.
